At Walgrow, we are committed to giving you a reliable and secure shopping experience. That’s why we offer Walgrow Assurity — a buyer protection program that ensures you either receive the item you ordered or get your money back, guaranteed.

What Walgrow Assurity Covers

You are protected by Walgrow Assurity if:

  • You did not receive your order.
  • The item arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described.

Eligibility Criteria

Walgrow Assurity applies when:

  • The order was placed and paid for on www.walgrow.com.
  • You used an eligible payment method.
  • You reported the issue within the designated time frame.
  • You followed the Returns & Refunds Policy.
  • The item is not excluded under the list of non-covered items.
  • You did not attempt to resolve the issue using any other method (e.g., chargebacks or claims via another platform).

Coverage Details

1. Item Not Received

If your package does not arrive or isn’t available for collection:

  • You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping cost (if applicable).

Important Deadlines:

2. Item Received But Not as Described

You’re eligible if:

  • The wrong item was received.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The item does not match the product listing (e.g., different size, color, or model).
  • The item is counterfeit or expired.

Resolution Options:

  • Replacement
  • Full or partial refund
  • Refund with no return (in certain cases)

What’s Not Covered

Walgrow Assurity does not apply in the following situations:

  • Items returned used or damaged without justification.
  • Delivery failure due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Packages not picked up after ready-for-collection notification.
  • Delivery through unauthorized third-party couriers or redirection services.
  • Shipments rejected at customs due to unpaid duties or documents.
  • Certain product categories are excluded (see below).

Excluded Items

  • Digital content, NFTs, and intangible goods
  • Services (non-physical)
  • Travel vouchers or tickets
  • Industrial machinery or equipment
  • Motor vehicles, boats, aircraft
  • Items partially paid outside of walgrow.com

To qualify for Walgrow Assurity, you must use one of the following payment methods:

  • Credit or Debit Card
  • PayPal or PayPal Credit
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Walgrow Gift Card or Voucher

How to File a Walgrow Assurity Claim

  1. Go to Account > Orders.
  2. Select the relevant order.
  3. Click the “Request Return” button at the top-right.
  4. Choose the reason for your return.
  5. Submit the request.

Our team will respond within 3 business days with further steps.

Important Reminders

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date (or expected date).
  • You may be required to submit evidence (e.g., photos, tracking info).
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
