Ordering & Payment
A: Browse our store, select your desired product, and click "Add to Cart." Once ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.

A: Currently, we do not support Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid for security and operational efficiency.

Shipping & Delivery
A: Shipping charges depend on your delivery location and the total weight of your order. You can view the exact amount during checkout before payment.
A: Delivery timelines vary by destination. Within India, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. For international orders, it may take 7–21 business days.
A: We deliver across India and to selected international countries. If your location is serviceable, it will appear as an option at checkout.
A: We partner with trusted logistics providers like Delhivery, India Post, DTDC, and DHL for domestic and international deliveries.
A: At this time, we do not offer delivery time scheduling. However, you will receive tracking updates once your order is shipped.
A: Express delivery is available in select pin codes at an additional cost. Same-day delivery is currently not supported.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
A: Visit our Returns & Refunds page and fill out the return request form. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
A: Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Tracking Orders
