Return Policy

Our belief at Walgrow is to provide 100% customer service and strive to satisfy all customers. Our customers are our top priority, and we do our utmost to take care of them.

If you happen to buy something that is damaged or incorrect, you have the option to return it. Return the product to Walgrow in a resalable and unused condition to qualify for a refund. To receive a refund, the item needs to be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or free gifts, within 30 days of delivery.

These Categories Cannot Be Returned:-

  • Used or not in the same condition and packaging as you received it.
  • Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, beauty products, perfumes/deodorant, pants, socks and clothing freebies, grocery & gourmet, jewelry and pet supplies etc.
  • Items which have been used or installed.
  • Products that have been tampered with or a missing serial numbers.
  • Products with missing labels or accessories.
  • Digital products.
  • Delivered the same product as ordered.

Important Notes:-

  1. If you received an item that was damaged or incorrect, we might ask you to provide pictures or videos with your order number. To complete your request on the blow Contact Us page, click on the Submit a ticket tab.
  2. Please inform us by clicking on the Contact Us page below within 7 days of delivery if you received a damaged item.
  3. Please make sure that all returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
