What Is Covered
The Walgrow Assurity Program applies in the following situations:
- You did not receive the item you ordered.
- You received the wrong item, or the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You’ve requested a return for eligible items within the return window as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Walgrow Assurity Guarantees
If your case qualifies, you’re covered with:

Full refund of your order amount (including shipping charges, if applicable).

Free return pickup (within eligible zones, currently available in India).

Timely communication via Email and WhatsApp Support.

Resolution within 7 business days of return approval.
How It Works

Raise a Return or Issue
From your Walgrow Account, go to My Orders, select the item, and click Request Return.

Evaluation by Support Team
Our team will verify your claim and determine eligibility based on the product category and return timeline.

Resolution
If approved, we’ll initiate your refund or replacement, and schedule a return pickup (if applicable).
Eligible Payment Methods
The Walgrow Assurity Program is valid only for orders paid using the following methods:
- Credit or Debit Card
- PayPal or PayPal Credit
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Walgrow Gift Card or Voucher
Orders paid partially or fully outside Walgrow (e.g., cash, bank transfer, or third-party platforms) are not eligible.
Program Conditions & Exclusions
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- You must initiate the return or issue request within 30 days of delivery (or as per category-specific timelines).
- The item must be in original, resalable condition, with tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- You must not attempt resolution through other platforms or providers for the same issue.
Exclusions:
- Orders made outside Walgrow.com.
- Items that are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety (e.g., personal care, undergarments, or used beauty products).
- Change-of-mind requests beyond return window.
- Items delayed or rejected due to customs non-compliance (for international orders).
