  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Domestic: Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart Logistics, India Post, etc.
  • International: DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, India Post, and other cross-border carriers.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight, dimensions, delivery location, and selected courier service.
  • Any shipping fee applicable will be shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Shipment Tracking

    You can visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and either your email or phone number to view the latest tracking status.
  2. Tracking from Your Customer Account:
    If you have created an account during checkout:
  • Log in to your account on www.walgrow.com
  • Go to the Orders section
  • Click on the specific order you wish to track
  • At the top of the order page, click the Track Order button
    You will also see a detailed summary of your shipment status below the tracking button.

Once your package is dispatched, you will also receive an email with tracking details. If you face any issues, please contact our customer service at support@walgrow.com or via WhatsApp at +91 89294 95924 (message only).

Responsibility During Transit

  • Once the package leaves our warehouse, the courier assumes responsibility for safe delivery.
  • If you encounter issues during transit (delay, incorrect address, etc.), please contact us at support@walgrow.com or via WhatsApp at +91 89294 95924 (message only), and we will assist with courier communication.

International Shipping & Customs

  • For shipments outside India, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country.
  • Please refer to our Customs Tariffs and Fees Policy for full details.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to respond to customs authorities or couriers if additional documents are requested during clearance.
