At Walgrow, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, etc.).

When Can a Return Request Be Declined?

A return may be declined if:

  • More than 30 days have passed since delivery.
  • The item is used, damaged, or in a non-resalable condition.
  • The product is sent to an address not provided by our support team.
  • The return shipment cannot be tracked.

Non-Returnable Items (For Hygiene & Safety)

Returns are not accepted for the following items (unless they arrive damaged or defective):

  • Underwear, swimwear, bras, camisoles, pyjamas, socks, baby products, compression wear if hygiene seals are broken.
  • Opened or used beauty products.
  • Contact lenses if packaging is opened.
  • Adult products if unsealed.
  • Body jewelry if safety packaging is opened.
  • Media (CDs, DVDs) with broken seals.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your Account.
  2. Click the Orders tab.
  3. Select the relevant order.
  4. Click the Request Return button at the top right.
  5. Choose your return reason and click Submit the request.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive:

  • Return instructions
  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

Note: Do not send the item back before receiving confirmation and return instructions from us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Walgrow Assurity

Shop with confidence. Our Walgrow Assurity policy ensures that if your item doesn't arrive, is damaged, or doesn’t match the listing, you’re covered.

You're eligible when:

  • You use an eligible payment method at checkout.
  • You follow the return request process on time.
  • Your order isn’t excluded from coverage.

Covered Issues:

  • Item not received.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Item arrived broken, faulty, or not as described.

Not Covered:

  • Orders paid partially or fully outside Walgrow.
  • Services, digital goods, NFTs, or restricted items.
  • Items uncollected due to incorrect address or customs non-payment.

Shipment Tracking

You can track your return or order in two ways:

  • Visit the Track Order page: https://www.walgrow.com/a/track
    (Enter your order number and email/phone number)
  • Log into your Account, go to Orders, click the specific order, and use the Track Order button at the top.
