At Walgrow, we believe in delivering a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience. Our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to ensure customer confidence through transparent timelines, clear return guidelines, and the protection of the Walgrow Assurity Program.

Overview

You can return eligible products within the allowed time frame, provided the item is:

  • In unused and original condition.
  • Returned in original packaging with all labels/accessories.
  • Returned through our approved process.

Note: Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or personalization. Always check the product description before purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Sign in to your Account on Walgrow.com.
  2. Click the “My Orders” tab.
  3. Click the order you wish to return.
  4. Click the “Request Return” button at the top-right.
  5. Select the reason for return and confirm by clicking Request Return.

Once submitted, our support team will guide you with the return instructions via email or WhatsApp (Messages Only).

Return Shipping & Refunds

If you changed your mind

  • Return is accepted within the return window.
  • Buyer pays return shipping.
  • If using a Walgrow return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If there’s a Walgrow issue

You will receive a full refund (including shipping) if:

  • The item was damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item was not delivered.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality check.

Non-Returnable or Declined Returns

Returns may be declined if:

  • The return is initiated after the eligible return window.
  • The item is used, damaged, or missing parts.
  • The return was sent to an unauthorized address.
  • The return package cannot be tracked.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened/used cosmetics and skincare.
  • Worn or unsealed personal items (underwear, socks, body jewelry).
  • Items without hygiene seals.
  • Contact lenses or adult products once unsealed.
  • Digital/downloadable products.

Free Return Coverage (India Only)

  • We offer free return shipping across India for eligible orders.
  • For other countries, return shipping is currently the buyer's responsibility.

We are actively working on expanding free return coverage internationally.

Walgrow Assurity Program

Eligible orders are automatically covered under the Walgrow Assurity Program - our promise that you will receive what you ordered or get your money back.

If an item doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the listing - you are eligible for a full refund.
