This Returns & Refunds Policy offers clarity on timelines, category-specific guidelines, and protections under the Walgrow Assurity Program, aligned with applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India.

1. Overview

You may return eligible products within the permitted return window, provided the item is:

  • In unused and original condition
  • Returned in original packaging with all labels and accessories
  • Returned using the approved return process outlined below

Customized & Personalized Goods Non-returnable Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
Digital Goods & Subscriptions Non-returnable No returns or refunds after purchase.
Grocery & Perishable Items 7 days (refund only) Returns accepted if damaged or spoiled during delivery.
Large Appliances & Outdoor Equipment 7 - 10 days (defect only) Returns accepted only for documented defects.
Toys & Games 15 - 30 days Must be unused and in original packaging.
Books, Media & Stationery 30 days Returnable if unopened and in original condition.

Note: Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or personalization reasons. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Sign in to your account on Walgrow.com
  2. Navigate to the “My Orders” tab
  3. Select the order you wish to return
  4. Click the “Request Return” button at the top-right
  5. Select the reason for return and confirm your request

Once your request is submitted, our support team will review it and contact you via email or WhatsApp with further instructions.

4. Return Shipping & Refunds

In Case of Change of Mind:

  • Returns accepted within the applicable return window
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • If you use a Walgrow-provided return label, its cost will be deducted from your refund

In Case of Order Issues:
You are entitled to a full refund, including shipping costs, if:

  • The item was damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item was not delivered

5. Refund Methods and Timeline

After receiving and inspecting your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refund options include:

  • Refund to original payment method (default)
  • Store credit to your Walgrow account
  • Combination of both (where applicable)

6. Non-Returnable or Declined Returns

Return requests may be declined if:

  • Initiated after the eligible return window
  • The product is used, damaged, or missing essential parts
  • Sent to an unauthorized return address
  • Returned package lacks valid tracking

Additionally, non-returnable products include:

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare items
  • Unsealed or worn personal items (e.g., underwear, socks)
  • Items missing hygiene seals
  • Opened adult or intimate wellness products
  • Digital and downloadable products

7. Free Return Shipping (India Only)

Free return shipping is available within India for select eligible products. For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We are actively working to expand international return support.

8. Walgrow Assurity Program

All eligible orders are protected under the Walgrow Assurity Program, ensuring customer satisfaction. If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or does not match the product description, you may be eligible for a full refund.
