Cancellation Policy

At Walgrow, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a straightforward and fair cancellation process to support our customers while maintaining smooth operations.

Cancellation Window

  • You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted, as your order may have already been processed or shipped.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order:

Note: Your Walgrow account does not currently support self-cancellation. All requests must go through our support team.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved within the eligible time frame, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
  • The refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days, and the credited amount should reflect in your bank account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation is not possible if:

  • The 24-hour window has passed.
  • The order has already been packed or shipped.
  • It is a custom or made-to-order product.
