At Walgrow, we recognize that circumstances change. This Cancellation Policy is designed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, ensuring a fair and transparent process for our customers while supporting efficient order management.

1. Cancellation Window

  • You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted, as your order may already be processed or shipped.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support Team within 24 hours:

Include the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for cancellation

Note: Self-cancellation via your Walgrow account is currently unavailable. All cancellations must be submitted through our support team.

 

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations within the eligible window will receive a full refund credited to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days, with actual credit timing dependent on the payment provider (usually 7–10 business days).

4. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

Cancellation requests will be declined if:

  • The 24-hour cancellation window has elapsed.
  • The order has already been packed or shipped.
  • The product is custom-made or personalized.
