At Walgrow, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders efficiently and securely. This policy outlines how we handle shipping, estimated timelines, courier services, and your responsibilities during delivery.

Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing the shipment tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Courier Partners

We offer both domestic and international shipping through trusted logistics providers. Shipping method and courier selection are determined by the product size, delivery location, and shipping preferences.

  • Domestic (India): Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart Logistics, India Post
  • International: DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, India Post, and select cross-border partners

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on product weight, packaging dimensions, destination, and selected courier service.
  • Any applicable shipping fee is clearly displayed before order confirmation.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions during special campaigns and sales events.

Order Tracking Options

You can track your order conveniently using the following methods:

  1. Track Order Page
    You can visit our Track Order page and enter your order number and either your email or phone number to view the latest tracking status.
  2. Via Your Walgrow Account
    If you have created an account during checkout:
  • Sign in to your Account on Walgrow.com.
  • Click the “My Orders” tab.
  • Click on the specific order you wish to track.
  • Click Track Order at the top left.
  • You’ll also see detailed shipment status below the tracking button.

Once your package is dispatched, you will also receive an email with tracking details. If you face any issues, please contact our customer service at support@walgrow.com or via WhatsApp at +91 89294 95924.

Responsibility During Transit

  • Once the package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the assigned courier.
  • In the case of shipping delays, misrouting, or delivery issues, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve your issue promptly.

International Shipping & Customs

For orders shipped outside India:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply, depending on the destination country’s regulations.
  • Walgrow supports two customs processing models:
  • Duties Paid: All applicable import charges are paid at checkout—no extra fees on delivery.
  • Duties Unpaid: The customer pays duties directly to the courier during delivery.

Important: Customers must respond promptly to courier or customs requests for documentation. Failure to do so may result in delivery delays or return of the shipment.
