1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, customers receive an email with tracking details.

3. Courier & Shipping Partners

Domestic: Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart Logistics, India Post, others
International: DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, India Post, and select partners
Platform selection (e.g., Shiprocket, ShipGlobal, iThink Logistics) is automated for reliability and speed.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Calculated dynamically at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and shipping method.
  • All shipping fees are displayed before payment confirmation.
  • Free shipping promotions apply during specific sales and campaigns.

5. Order Tracking

Track your shipment using:

  • Track Order Page: Enter your order number, email, or phone for real-time status.
  • Your Account: Sign in at Walgrow.com > My Orders, select the relevant order, and click Track Order.
  • Third-Party Tracking: Live updates may be provided via apps like Track123.

If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact customer support.

6. Responsibility During Transit

  • Shipment responsibility transfers to the courier upon dispatch.
  • We coordinate with couriers if delays/issues arise but recommend you ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
  • If your order is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us—eligible orders may be covered under our Returns & Refunds Policy or Walgrow Assurity Program.

7. International Shipping & Customs

  • We offer international shipping to most countries.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges may apply per destination country.
  • Two customs processing options:
    • Duties Paid (DDP): All applicable charges paid at checkout; no extra at delivery.
    • Duties Unpaid (DAP): The customer pays courier upon delivery.

  • Customers must promptly respond to any courier or customs requests; delays may result in return shipments or extra fees.

8. Shipping Documentation

  • Digital invoice sent to your registered email.
  • Physical invoice included as required for customs or regulations.

9. Delivery Exceptions & Force Majeure

  • Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure: natural disasters, strikes, uncontrollable events, or regulatory/customs delays.
  • While Walgrow is not liable for such situations, we will proactively assist in resolving issues.
