4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • An Order is an offer to purchase; a binding contract forms only upon our order confirmation email.
  • We may refuse or cancel Orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions.
  • Cancellation requests must be made before shipment; once shipped, cancellations are not permitted, and returns must be used instead.

5. Payment Methods

Walgrow accepts secure payments through the following methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards
  • PayPal and PayPal Credit
  • Wise and Payoneer transfers
  • Payment links sent securely via official Walgrow email or WhatsApp channels
  • Walgrow Gift Cards and Vouchers
  • Direct Bank Deposits (Accepted Globally)

All payment data is processed via trusted and encrypted third-party gateways or payment platforms. When payments are made through Wise, Payoneer, or payment links, applicable security protocols and best practices are followed to protect your information.

Walgrow may send secure payment links via email or WhatsApp for order payments or adjustments. Customers should ensure that any payment link originates solely from official Walgrow communication channels to avoid fraudulent activity. We are not responsible for payments made through unauthorized or fraudulent links received outside these channels.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and subject to delays due to courier performance and customs clearance.
  • International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs compliance.
  • Walgrow disclaims liability for delivery delays or customs-related issues.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted based on the product category and specified return window as outlined below. All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Health & Hygiene Products Non-returnable Due to health & safety, these items are non-returnable.
Customized & Personalized Goods Non-returnable Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
Digital Goods & Subscriptions Non-returnable No returns or refunds after purchase.
Grocery & Perishable Items 7 days (refund only) Returns accepted if damaged or spoiled during delivery.
Large Appliances & Outdoor Equipment 7 - 10 days (defect only) Returns accepted only for documented defects.
Toys & Games 15 - 30 days Must be unused and in original packaging.
Books, Media & Stationery 30 days Returnable if unopened and in original condition.

Additional Information:

  • Return shipping costs due to buyer’s remorse are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds are processed after the return is inspected for compliance.
  • For international returns, customers cover all shipping, duties, and customs fees.
  • Some categories, especially hygiene, health, and digital goods, are non-returnable worldwide for safety and regulatory reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site, including trademarks, logos, images, and software, is the property of Walgrow or its licensors.
  • Users are granted a limited license to access content solely for personal use. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Walgrow’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Force Majeure

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
  • These Terms are governed by Indian law, and courts in Noida shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

  • Continued use after changes will be deemed acceptance.
