At Walgrow, we aim to make international shopping smooth and transparent. Depending on your delivery country, customs duties and taxes may apply. We offer two types of customs handling based on your region and checkout method:

1. Duties and Taxes Paid (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

In this case, all applicable customs duties and taxes are paid at the time of placing your order on Walgrow.

Highlights:

  • No additional payment required at delivery.
  • You are fully covered; the courier will not ask for extra duties or taxes.
  • If required, customers must provide supporting documents promptly to avoid delays.

2. Duties and Taxes Unpaid (DAP – Delivered At Place)

If you choose or your region requires unpaid duties at checkout, the following will apply:

Highlights:

  • Duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges will be collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
  • These charges will appear in the courier's invoice.
  • You are advised to keep the customs receipt for your records.

How Customs/Import Duties Are Calculated

  • Any duties and taxes estimated during checkout are approximate values based on international customs data.
  • If the actual customs charges are higher than estimated, Walgrow will cover the difference, so your delivery is not delayed.
  • This policy also applies to any replacement orders sent due to returns or warranty.

Factors That May Influence Customs Fees

  • Product category and price.
  • Shipping cost and package weight.
  • Local customs tariff codes.
  • Delays in document submission (may incur storage charges).
  • Import duties, VAT/GST, and handling fees as per your country.
  • Split shipments (customs charges may apply per package).

  • Walgrow is not liable for delays caused by customs processes in your country.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws.
