If something goes wrong - whether it’s a delivery issue, damage, or item mismatch - we’re here to make it right.

What Is Covered

The Walgrow Assurity Program applies in the following situations:

  • You did not receive the item you ordered
  • You received the wrong item, or the item is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • You’ve requested a return for eligible items within the return window, as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy

Walgrow Assurity Guarantees

If your case qualifies under the program, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund, including shipping charges (if applicable)
  • Free return pickup (available in eligible zones within India)
  • Timely communication via email and WhatsApp support
  • Resolution within 7 business days of return approval

How It Works

  1. Raise a Return or Issue
    Log into your Account, go to My Orders, and click Request Return
  2. Evaluation by Our Support Team
    Our team will assess your request based on the product type and return eligibility period
  3. Resolution
    If approved, we’ll initiate a refund or arrange a replacement, and schedule a return pickup if applicable

Eligible Payment Methods

The Walgrow Assurity Program is valid for orders paid using the following methods:

  • Credit or Debit Card
  • PayPal or PayPal Credit
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Walgrow Gift Card or Voucher

Note: Orders paid partially or fully outside of Walgrow (such as cash, direct bank transfer, or third-party platforms) are not eligible for this program.

Program Conditions & Exclusions

To qualify for coverage under the Walgrow Assurity Program:

  • You must raise the return or issue within 30 days of delivery (or the category-specific timeline)
  • The item must be in original, unused condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • You must not initiate duplicate resolution claims through other platforms or service providers

Exclusions include:

  • Orders placed outside of Walgrow.com
  • Non-returnable items such as personal hygiene products, undergarments, and opened cosmetics
  • Change-of-mind returns requested after the return window
  • Delays or rejections caused by customs non-compliance on international shipments
